Legal information
Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern access to and use of Confía 360. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a contract and will use the platform in accordance with these conditions and applicable law.

1. Service identification
Confía 360 is a service operated by Conf\\u00eda 360, with an address reference at M\\u00e9xico. For support, contractual matters or communications about these Terms, use juancapuanolopez@gmail.com.
2. Purpose
Confía 360 provides tools to configure a business’s social presence, connect authorized accounts, define publishing preferences and, when the feature is enabled, create, schedule or send publications to connected platforms.
The availability of each feature depends on capabilities enabled in the product and permissions granted by external platforms. The interface must not be interpreted as a promise of a feature marked unavailable.
3. Account and credentials
You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for protecting your Confía 360 credentials and for actions performed from your account when they result from authorized use or a lack of care attributable to you.
You must not share passwords, private keys or third-party access through fields not intended for that purpose. Confía 360 never needs you to enter your Instagram or Facebook password within the platform.
4. Authority to connect social accounts
You may only connect profiles, pages or social accounts you legitimately manage or for which you have sufficient authorization to publish content and grant permissions to third-party applications.
By starting the connection flow, you authorize Confía 360, within the scope of permissions you grant on the connected network, to use the connection needed to carry out actions you request on that account.
5. Publications and authorization to act on your behalf
When you confirm or schedule a publication, you instruct Confía 360 to transmit the content to the connected network using the authorization you granted. This authorization is limited to service features and does not transfer ownership of your social account to Confía 360.
You remain responsible for reviewing that content you approve is accurate, lawful, sufficiently substantiated and appropriate for your business before publishing it.
6. User content
You retain the rights you hold over text, images, brands, logos, materials and other content you provide. By uploading, pasting, linking or approving content for use in Confía 360, you grant only the authorization necessary to store, process, technically adapt and transmit it to the networks or services you have specified.
You declare that you have the rights, licenses, permissions and authorizations needed to use that content and that its use does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Permitted use
You may not use Confía 360 to:
- carry out unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activities;
- publish content for which you lack rights or authorization;
- impersonate others or connect accounts without authorization;
- attempt to bypass security, authentication, account isolation or service limits;
- introduce malicious code, abusive automation or traffic intended to degrade the platform;
- use the service in a way that violates the rules of Meta, Instagram, Facebook or other connected networks.
8. Plans, prices and contracting
Plans displayed on the platform describe the commercial scope offered at the time of viewing. The current plan and price are determined by Confía 360 and cannot be changed unilaterally from your device.
While online payments are not enabled, displaying a plan does not by itself create an automatic charge. Applicable activation, billing, tax, renewal or cancellation conditions must be disclosed before any charge is made.
9. Managing social connections
A connection may be active, pending disconnection, pending deletion or disconnected. Only an active connection may be used to publish.
If you request disconnection or deletion within Confía 360, the platform immediately blocks new publications and schedules the final action for 7 days later. During that period you can restore the connection, but publications already cancelled are not reactivated automatically.
Disconnect now stops the connection immediately and requires reconnection to publish again. Delete now immediately removes the connection and related publications and cannot be restored. These actions require an explicit instruction from your account.
While scheduled disconnection or deletion is pending, the platform shows its status and planned date. Deletion requests initiated through Meta are handled separately.
10. Third-party services
Instagram, Facebook, Meta and any other connected platform are external services subject to their own terms, policies, availability and access decisions. Confía 360 does not control their outages, changes, suspensions, limits or revocations.
A connection may require reauthorization if it expires, you revoke permissions or the network asks you to repeat the process.
11. Availability and maintenance
We work to keep Confía 360 available and functional, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, changes in external services, security incidents or events beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonable, we may modify or replace a feature to preserve security, compatibility or compliance. An account is shown as connected only when the process has completed successfully.
12. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend an account when there is reasonable evidence of unlawful use, security risk, material breach of these Terms or a need to protect other users.
You may stop using the service, manage disconnection or deletion through Confía 360 and revoke social connections through each network’s controls. For data deletion options, see Data deletion.
13. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of the framework governing use of the service.
14. Confía 360 property
The platform, its code, interface, documentation, business name, graphic elements and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any rights in Confía 360 beyond the limited right to use the service under the current conditions.
15. Liability
Each party is responsible for the obligations legally applicable to it. Confía 360 is not responsible for decisions, sanctions, rejections or interruptions arising exclusively from an external platform, or for content users provide without the necessary rights or authorizations.
Nothing in these Terms intends to exclude non-waivable consumer rights or limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, legal framework or external platforms. The current version will be published at this address with its update date. If a change requires additional acceptance to continue using a feature, it will be requested explicitly where applicable.
17. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the United Mexican States, without prejudice to rights and protection mechanisms that are mandatory because of the nature of the relationship or the user’s domicile.
